These SMS Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern the use of text messaging services provided by JETT, LLC ("JETT," "we," "our," or "us"). By opting in to receive text messages from JETT, you agree to these Terms.

SMS Communications

By providing your mobile phone number and opting in, you consent to receive text messages from JETT regarding:

  • Towing and recovery service updates

  • Dispatch notifications

  • Appointment confirmations and reminders

  • Vehicle release information

  • Equipment transportation updates

  • Customer service communications

  • Billing and payment notifications

  • Other service-related communications

We do not send unsolicited marketing text messages.

Message Frequency

Message frequency varies depending on your interactions with JETT and the services you request.

Message & Data Rates

Message and data rates may apply according to your mobile carrier's plan. Please contact your wireless provider for details regarding your messaging and data charges.

Opting Out

You may opt out of receiving SMS messages at any time by replying:

After opting out, you will receive a final confirmation message and will no longer receive SMS communications from JETT unless you opt in again.
